Design on a dime

My roommate was having her birthday party at a drink lounge here in Provo called Sp^rk. So, of course we wanted to get fancy, and where else do you go when you need to find a killer dress....D.I. of course.

The dress was $8 and i needed  to buy some thread for $1.50.
